"Everything went fine, but part was supposed to be installed on a Friday. Installer went to pick up part and it was not available. This is probably reflected in the $270.00 cost. It took less than 1 hour to install and test furnace. Labor was supposedly 3 hours, which probably reflects part before verifying it come in. Don't feel I should pay for installation useless run for the part.

"Zack came in to give me quote as was the only guy who was not a sales person. Value for money wise his company is excellent. He installed Tempstar furnace and Media filter. We pulled the permit . The mechanical inspector came in and said whoever did this job did it professional. Particularly he liked how the media filter cabinet was installed. We couldn't get the CWire to the thermostat. He will be coming in this week to install it. Every electrical connection were clamped to the duct properly. He also put in new drain for the humidifier. Awesome guy. Normally I would wait for atleast 6 months to a year to leave a review. In this case, because of the exceptional installation and because of the comment that inspector made i am leaving 5 star review. Will update in future if any new issues crop up. I don't expect that to be case."
