Sean performed the service on one of our rental properties. He was punctual, and took great care to insure no soot or debris flew onto the flooring or walls - KUDOS! He had some very hi-tech equipment and performed the service very well. Upon completion, his camera showed a clean flu, a clean fireplace and the structural shape of the Chimney. A report was made and reviewed and a hard copy with pictures was promised but never delivered. This is the only reason I gave them a B instead of an A for responsiveness.
