We had several damaged ceiling areas from a leaky roof. Tyler did a great job repairing the ceiling drywall. Errick did a terrific job painting the ceilings. Errick also did a nice job repairing and painting our bathrooms.

The bid was comparable to another, and listed all the work to be done in detail, as discussed. The job was expected to take two days. They came the first day. Removing areas of drywall in the bathroom, bedroom, and garage, and started some repair. Day 2: no call no show. I called and got no response. Day three I call. Mind you they are not at my job. I get a call back. The excuse for not coming is that another customer was getting anxious so they had to do work there. Friday was suggested, where I mentioned I had to be physically away in the afternoon, so 7am was decided upon. After getting off the phone, and with paused for thought. I called back and stating my anger and displeasure, about the two day delay in work, and lack of timely communication. Then got an additional excuse of it was his sons birthday. Upon that point I fired them. The moral of the story is. if you are willing to have you are home in disarray for in an indefinite duration beyond the expected time frame, where they will bump your work with out contacting you, you are will to drop things and rearrange your scheduled for whenever they decide to show up, be put in an awkward coercive position to renegotiate to get the job completed , hire them. Payment is still outstanding 'cause there an issue of whom needs to pay who. My home is in worse shape now than before he/they started.
