"I had been shopping around for a fair and reasonable price while not sacrificing the quality of work done. It took over a month to meet with numerous painters, many with ludicrous almost comical proposals and/ or lack of commitment to the project. I was about to give up and paint my house myself. Then James from JAR painting contacted me and came out and did a quick walk around and gave me a fair estimate on the spot. He was straightforward, direct, and they did an exceptional job. James and his entire crew are professional, experienced and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. Excellent people to work with! James has a member in his crew who did an exceptional job on some rotted wood in several places that needed to be replaced. They saved me from having to replace a window due to a rotted bottom frame. If you are in need of your interior or exterior of your house painted give them the opportunity to give you an estimate. You’ll be happy with the result!"

"Wonderful experience with OC Construction! Wallpaper was removed quickly. Patching & painting was then performed and looks wonderful. We unfortunately had to delay the project multiple times after wallpaper removal & patching due to our project & railing replacement. OC was “extremely” understanding to say the least. "Mr. Eric Windorf (Generations Owner) was a knowledgeable and efficient contractor. Before the job even began, he reviewed it for his bid and in the process he discovered a 2"X10" plank beneath the outer edge of the main span that was dry-rotted at the top, and a second structural issue with the face-plate, and priced them into the job. These structural repairs were completed before the originally described job was begun. When the Township inspector required a replacement of all railings on my 65 by 10 foot deck (including the stairs from ground level, ten feet below), Mr. Windorf designed and built a much better set of railings than the original, plus a gate and short (two treads) stairway at one end of the deck. Once the railings were built and installed, the inspector required revisions that did not seem to relate to the permit book exemplar drawings. However, Mr. Windorf worked to meet the revised requirements and got us our approval. Mr. Windorf was easy to work with, and talk to, and despite Township holdups, got the job done in a reasonable timeframe. I will have him back for my next project. Photos available upon request.
