"The ceiling fan globe needed a screw, the toilet seat may need to be replace because it just snaps off, he put it back maybe it will last.  The best thing was replacing the gas line to the space heater.  I really need the heater to work, when he left the heater was working.  Job well done, came at 1:30 p.m. and left at 3:05 p.m. Will call again if I need his services.

He was supposed to have completely rebroke the chimney that was having issues. Matthew came over and topped it off and he’s going to repair the bricks that The other bricklayer did not complete. He is dedicated to his work and will go out of his way after normal hours it was 1030 at night when he got to my house. I highly recommend hiring Matthew he is very honest, dedicated and gets the job done. Prices are very fair."

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
