"The ceiling fan globe needed a screw, the toilet seat may need to be replace because it just snaps off, he put it back maybe it will last.  The best thing was replacing the gas line to the space heater.  I really need the heater to work, when he left the heater was working.  Job well done, came at 1:30 p.m. and left at 3:05 p.m. Will call again if I need his services.

"No blower test which is why I wanted the energy audit. Excuse was a tiny bit of mold downstairs on storage ceiling. The rest of audit was trying to convince me of spending $3000 for items I could complete myself for under $500."

"Ryan is very professional, arrived on time, and completed the job as quickly as possible allowing for drying time, etc. He takes great care to protect your home from dust. The finished ceiling looked better than it did before it was damaged. Very pleased with his work."

"Excellent timing for my appointment and the contractor was very knowledgeable and was able to finish the work on the spot - I got leak from ceiling due to the hose of laundry upstairs and my toilet was running constantly awesome job"

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
