"Response was very quick, but Dan Jones indicated my garbage disposal that was leaking did not need to be replaced. He instead unjammed the disposal and charged me $85. He also committed to giving me a credit if the disposal failed within a few weeks. However, on his invoice he wrote he would only allow me 2 days after his visit. Needless to say the problem occurred after the two days. When I contacted him again with the same problem he refused to do anything for me with regard to the cost to repair the problem he never fixed. Needless to say I went with another local contractor who fixed the problem the first time."
