"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "Had them come out for a fluctuating water pressure. They came to the conclusion that it was my pressure tank. I had them put it in 4 years ago so it was under warranty. Still cost me $750 for labor under warranty to put in a new one. WOW. They said the old one was no longer available so they tried to get me to pay the $197 difference between the old tank and new one. I voiced my opinion and they did cover the difference. Fast forward 2 days and the problem is still not fixed. Water is still fluctuating and I’m out $750. Was it the tank really?"
