  If I could give them an A+++ rating I would. Another landscaper left us high and dry at the start of the project. Rob and his crew worked quickly to not only fix what the other landscaper had started but improved the project 10 fold. They were fighting against the fall weather. They worked day and night in hail, rain and snow to get the project done in the time that they quoted. They kept the project area clean and neat at all times. If something came up in one area that caused for a small delay they would go on to another part of the job never stalling for one minute to blame the weather etc for not getting the work done. I would certainly use them again and again. The pictures don't do it justice because everything is dormant but I will repost more when everything starts to bloom. Thank goodness for Rob and his crew, without them this job would not have been salvageable for this season. I am just sorry I didn't find them earlier so I could have enjoyed their work through the summer monthsshow more

  We were extremely pleased with the work they did. The house had been sold and they managed to fertilize its lawn over those years. They contracted for a lawn for a parade of homes and they were under the gun but they managed to do our lawn. The sprinkler system was just excellent and we've had no problems at all. The owner who put in the lawn for us during that time was very helpful in making sure that the water supply piping was adequate. We needed at least a one-inch water supply for the sprinkler system and he reviewed that with the builder. We were also able to install a separate water meter for the irrigation so we didn't pay for the sewer fee for the water we use. It became less expensive for us to use water for the irrigation. One of the bushes they planted didn't do very well and they replaced it. They exceeded our expectations in every wayshow more

  Before I wrote my review, I looked at the others. The communication back and forth was very good. E-mail was better than calling, but even calls were answered in a reasonable time (24 hours in high season). They installed my system 10 plus years ago and have winterized it every year. I get a reminder card or call and leave a message and without extensive communication it gets done and I am billed. Simple. This year I had a fire in my garage. I keep my pump (withdraw water from my lake) and control box in my garage. All were damaged by the fire. I called during high season, they got me on the schedule based on the reconstruction work schedule, came to evaluate what they would need to do and came back as scheduled and rewired, reinstalled and assured the system was up an running.   The company went above and beyond with making sure all our questions were answered. They brought out pieces of all the pipe and tile that was being used and explained how everything was going to work. They were respectful with communicating the times they would be working, they were respectful not using any profanity while working. The job was done in a timely manner. The most impressive thing was that they replanted our rhubarb plant and replaced or upgraded any issues with our sprinkler system as they went along.   Marlo uses quality products at a very good price. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. At spring start ups, they always remove the grass from around the sprinkler heads and discuss keeping grass away from the head to increase the life of the head. This tells me they are looking out for my best interest. Any repairs have so far been done right on the spot. At our office location the road in front of us was going to be torn up this summer. In the Spring with no signs of construction the technician reminded me of the future construction and removed the sprinklers heads so that they would not be damaged. If Marlo was not thinkging ahead I would have had a costly repair bill. The office staff is very nice having true customer service that takes care of any questions and reassures you they will be there in the future. Billing is accurate and easy to read.   They work very hard to please their customers. They come to cut my grass and I tell them I they need to trim the edges too because that is part of the yard maintenance. They agreed to that and at one time they missed trimming the edges and I called them and told them so but they came right out and did it. They are very responsive and they listen. I think they are a very small company and they try very hard and we have to give kudos for that. They are willing to go the extra mile and do something extra for you to make you happy. They are kind of pricey. I will continue to use them in the futureshow more

  Buckler sprinkler did an excellent job on the repairs I needed. I recently purchased the house and did not know where any of the zones were but knew that I had at least 2 broken sprinklers from the winter storms. They came out within a few days and repaired the broken heads and had to dig quite a bit to find where the water lines had been cut by another service company. The guys did a great job cleaning up after all that digging. The yard looked fine. You could hardly tell where they had to dig. They also removed and terminated the water lines in the back yard in preparation for installation of an in ground pool.They did a great job and the price was very reasonable, especially considering they had to do so much digging.
