Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."
