They poured a new concrete pad, constructed a large pole-structure porch with standing seam metal roof, and installed a new patio french door. Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. Everything was square, clean cut, and to our specifications. I would trust D&L to do any type of concrete, framing, or metal roofing project you may have. 5/5 stars."

The ranch-style house now has a rear deck that spans over the bottom three bedrooms of the house itself. Angela was not only very pleasant to talk to, but also incredibly professional and courteous. The way she handled the workload and finishing the objective well within the allotted time was superb. The work was clean, professionally done, and the property of my parents was treated with the utmost respect the entire time they were on the premises.
