"After another plumber said he could not fix the problem I paid another service fee through American Home Shield to have another plumber come out. Randall and Sons were assigned. He came out said it wasn't the problem the other plumber said. He said he would replace the toilet. He did not put in the request, did not contact me, did not contact me when I repeatedly reached out to resolve the issue. After contacting AHS several times, he told them to close the assignment. Nothing was wrong. He kept my service fee and I still have toilet issues. Do not use Randall and sons."

Within 10 minutes they called and agreed to have a mechanic and a new tankless water heater at my home the next morning. They arrived at 8:30am and by 10:30am we had hot water. They were professional, efficient and left my home spotless. It was hard to believe we had gone through such a mess less than 24 hours before.
