"Jacob was the young man who came out to trim several branches off the tree in front of my home. The branches were beginning to get so long they were interfering with people walking down the sidewalk and frustrate the person cutting my lawn in that area. Within 25 minutes, Jacob sawed off the branches that were involved and troublesome and then used another tool to tweek the other limbs for a beautiful and neat and higher look. He did a great job cleaning, raking and destroying the branches that he cut down. Amazing job and so quick!!! It is over and I am so happy with the results and the young man who was very polite. "Mr. Duvall was professional, did very well with the estimate and everything was smooth with no complications. I hired Mr. Duvall twice and one of jobs he returned to finish a job. NO OTHER CONTRACTORS EVEN RETURNED AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL. Mr. Duvall is the only contractor that has been paid in full, returned and finished a job. No other contractors have done this! They also had a challenge with my small yard getting their equipment in to do the job professionally and safely which they done very creatively and professionally. "I was in a situation where I had a cracking limb in the direction and over my house so I didn't have enough time to look for a bunch of quotes from different contractors. I've never gotten tree service before, but I think 700 dollars for just 1 hour of work is a bit much, hour and a half if you count the quote being written. It was only 2 limbs, but they were in a hazardous spot dealing with electrical lines to my house, so I don't know if that really justifies it. Their work was fast and they did clean up well afterwards. Good service if you are willing to pay extra"
