"The owner of USA Insulation, Mark Owens, and his associate spent over an hour inspecting every nook and cranny of my 2800 Sq. Ft. two story home. After which, Mark spent a lot more time reviewing the current situation regarding my home's insulation. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the situation I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and explanation of options. In the end, I decided that the one or two more years I intended to be in this home was not worth the investment. I suggested a partial and less expensive fix that would have resulted in a contract for him. Instead of taking my money, he explained why this would not fix the issue in the coldest room in the house and why it would not be a wise investment for me. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then.
