"The remove and the build went fine. Two years later I noticed the wall tilting. One year after that it was worse and I contacted Randy Lewis (owner) and he came out and inspected and agreed that he needed to come back out and excavate and rebuild the top 3 feet of the wall with more "deadmen" reinforcements. It is now 6 months later and despite promises he has not showed up. Soon it will be snowing and freeze the ground."

We are very flexible to our customers individual needs. We may use subcontractors on certain jobs. You will be made aware if that is the case. We offer free estimates. Sometimes we even go the extra mile to take care of people, especially in the winter months! We won't leave anybody cold. We have around 3-4 employees as we try to keep costs down for our customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and we enjoy having them around. We sub-contract only if needed. Our billing requires 50% down payment at the start of the job and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. If the customer lives outside of our service area, we will charge for an estimate. But only if it is a long trip that would cost alot in fuel expenses.Otherwise Estimates are free.we rarely ever have to charge for an estimate. We are a great bunch of people and would love to have you as a customer. :)
