"Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. "The installer arrived on the agreed upon day, and ON TIME!!!! Believe me, this is a rarity in our area (we live in Manistee County where few have any work ethic at all!). He kept to the task, gave thorough explanations, and cleaned up afterwards. We are forever grateful! "After the water removal guys finished in came the project lead - Dave. The office team re-worked projects and got us in early due to the continued leaking. Added a temp cistern/and blast tube to outside in a matter of hours. Returned on the planned date and finished the new drain system in 2.5 days. Also installed the new, monster of dryness dehumidifier.
Recommended the contractor to cut out water damaged drywall and repaint.
Excellent work and cistern is running all the time as the water table defrosts.
