"Crome Mechanical installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for us 2 years ago. The installation techs worked quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and removed the old furnace and air conditioner and packaging. Over the past 2 years, we have had them in to perform maintenance. Again they are always efficient and courteous. Crome Mechanical has been very reliable which we really appreciate."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
