After having hired another company to fix my furnace, and them coming several times and eventually replacing every part, including the fan, Doug found the REAL problem, and that the first guys had wrongly wired the fan they installed, so that it had blown up and needed replacing just a month after they had installed it!! So he fixed the real problem, and replaced the fan and the furnace has worked like a charm ever since. And I will hire him this year to install the cooling unit so that I will have central air too! He is great!
