"First, we have a working well again and secondly, Justin made time to get the the new pump/motor in the next day. He called and I sent him pictures of the well pit, air bladder, and pump/motor so he knew what he needed to bring to make the replacement. One plumber who had installed the new air bladder had suggested I take the pump/motor out and take it to a place to have it rebuilt. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. "Went OK. They did the work and it 'mostly worked' when they were done. I say mostly because the pressure valve was blowing off of the boiler when they were done (This was NOT happening before they had done the work). I had noticed this the day after I had paid. I contacted them and they wanted to replace the expansion tank and charge me $200. I asked - shouldn't this be covered under the initial work of $4600? They said the part wasn't explicitly in the quote. Frankly at this point to replace what really was a $40 part and half hour of time to do a fully finished job (for $4600). For 1. How am I supposed to know (as a customer) what should be on the quote for a fully finished job (pumps, piping, etc? - they are the expert) 2. How am I supposed to know this isnt their fault. (Shouldnt an autofilling expansion tank be connected to the incoming water supply?) Frankly not standing fully behind their work and making sure they do everything to do a good, finished job - left a 'bad' taste in my mouth. In the end I replaced the auto-filling expansion tank with an Extrol expansion tank for $40 and it took me less than an hour. After that it all appears to work."

"The job was done correctly, but he way under estimates the time it will take to complete a job. The first contact he told me he would come to my house between 2:30-4 he made no contact with me saying he would not be able to make it (it turned out the job he was doing that day took longer than expected and didn't get done until 9 p.m.) gave me a quote of $1200 and said he would be able to do the work on Friday at 11 a.m. well 11 came and went and told me he should be at my house around 1 p.m. contacted me at 5 and said they just got done and could be at my house at 830 the next day and will take about 3 hrs. He ended up showing up almost 9 and finished the job at almost 7 p.m. The positives about him is he stuck to his quote and was very polite."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"I told Bob I was in no hurry and he could do it when he had some down time because I realized it was a small job and with the $75 deal I bought I knew he wasn't going to make much money. We spoke in the morning about this. He ended up calling me about 4:00 that afternoon and ask if he could do the job now. I said sure and he was there in a 1/2 hour. Quickly got to work and job was done in about 1 1/2 hours which I thought was fast because none of the doors had deadbolts before and he had to drill out each door. He also gave me some advice on projects I wanted to do in the future. Overall I was impressed and will call him for future projects I can't do myself.
