My fireplace is up and running, but I plan to get a level 2 inspection to have more knowledge and peace of mind about the house. In hindsight, I should have gotten a nicer log set, but I wanted to keep costs down in case I had to spend more on repairs."

He also replaced the front steps with bricks where I had broken concrete bricks and did a great job. The only issue I have is that he takes long long time to complete each task which is an inconvenience for me but eventually he finishes those and not very disciplined to come back to finish as he promises.
