"We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional and was accommodating to the fact that we needed to keep the home clean due to selling it and took extra steps to ensure no contamination spread to the rest of the house. After the job was done I have had zero issues with water and we are closing on our home today. Thank you so much for your hard work and courtesy Stay Dry! Foundation Specialists fixed the wall with no additional costs. They guarantee their work and offered to come back if there are any additional issues. They were also willing to work around my schedule."

"We absolutely love VanderHyde! We had a leak in the pipe for our hot water heat downstairs in our lower level. They took things apart and found the pipe was laying right on the concrete foundation wall. They rerouted the pipe away from the concrete wall and did a great job. They were professional, experts in the field, and very mindful of cost to us. Very friendly and helpful.
