"It was great. Found my water heater leaking in the middle of the night, I drained it and called Jud at 7:30 am, he called back in a few minutes. He was at my house by 8:15am, had my old water heater unhooked by 8:30, took some measurements and ran to get a new water heater. By 1:00pm or so we had a brand new Bradford White (made here in west Michigan) hot water heater installed and running! It was amazing!
