"Excellent. This was the first time we used Shelby Mechanical. I am not the type of person who is easily impressed but my husband and I were both impressed with the professionalism, promptness, and quality work. I initially called to have routine flushing maintenance done on our two year old water heater; however, while I was on the phone the owner, Ron, informed me that new water heaters no longer require flushing in most cases. He could have easily charged me to do it. Another company had quoted $180 for the job. I then made an appointment to have our sump pump cleaned and checked out. I got an appointment for the next day, Saturday, and John was right on time. He wears booties over his shoes to protect our floors which I very much appreciate. He walked us through our entire plumbing system including the dishwasher and garbage disposal giving us valuable tips on how to keep things running smoothly. In addition, we had a lid that covered and protected our first sump pump, but four years ago we hired a plumber to replace that pump. After he finished the job, he then informed us that the cover won't fit so we had an open pit. John, from Shelby Mechanical, worked with the lid and got it to fit and didn't charge anything additional. We now have a lid that covers the pit. I will definitely hire Shelby Mechanical again."
