Sal was very responsive and communicated regularly about what was happening. His team were friendly and hardworking. They were also very flexible and were able to accommodate both my dadâ  s basement issue and my daughterâ  s! I will recommend them to others who need this kind of assistance.

Having experienced heavy rain and water in our carpeted basement, my wife was in panic mode. I went on the computer, left several messages, and received a call from 3. Sal from ADS was very accommodating, told us who was coming, and when. After Adam assessed the damage, I asked when could the work begin. He gave me a time about 90 minutes later, and thatâ s when they began. Worked hard and completed the carpet renewal, clean up, and positioned equipment to dry the basement. I could not be more happy with their expertise

ADS was professional and quick to come out to our small town to help my mom when she had a water pipe burst and flood four rooms. ADS responded to texts, emails and inquiries in a timely manner. And worked directly with insurance to make the claim easier to navigate. Adam was especially kind to my mom, explaining what they were doing at each step of the way, and taking extra care to keep the non-affected areas clean.
