After he sent the final quote he realized that there was the incorrect AC unit on there and quickly called me to alert me to that and make sure I was good to proceed, which I thought was fantastic. He was very flexible on when the install was going to happen and once he and his guys got here they were courteous and professional and the install was relatively quick and painless. He was dead on with his time estimate (about 8 hours) and got everything cleaned up after he was done. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend him to people in the Lansing area, he was great!"
