"We have been hit twice by lightning by God's grace either one hit our home however the last strike burnt art motorhome to the ground William was hired to install lightning protection lightning rods on our home and two out buildings he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know answering every question professionally conducted himself in the utmost professional manner I would highly recommend lightning rods and even more highly recommended hiring William to do the job we are going to do an expansion later on and he will be the one and only contractor I will call to continue our lightning protection"

"Camarderie Electric did a total rewire on my 3000 Sq ft five bedroom 3 1/2 3 level home. The 200 amp panel and meter base was upgraded as well with an addition of 2 sub panel on two separate floors. They were neat professional and passed all inspections."

The standard copper wire gauge to use with any 30-amp circuit is a 10-gauge wire. The National Electric Code specifies a 10-gauge wire with appliances like water heaters running on 30 amps. If you try to use a smaller gauge wire, such as a 12 gauge, with a 30-amp breaker, you run the risk of the wire overheating and melting or causing a fire. Because of the safety hazards, the gauge of the wire is not an area to try to cut costs when connecting a 30-amp breaker to a water heater.

A C-wire connects your thermostat to your household heating and cooling system to provide continuous 24V power. The furnace's transformer converts household electrical current into this low-voltage power to operate the HVAC system's circuitry. In most configurations, the C-wire connects to the terminals labeled "C" on both the furnace's low-voltage terminal block and the thermostat. In some cases, if a dedicated C terminal is unavailable, the C-wire can be connected to the "G" (fan) terminal at the furnace.

Whether you need electrical upgrades depends on the electronics your game room includes. If your game room will have high-powered electronics, arcade machines, or a home theater, you may need to upgrade your electrical panel or add dedicated circuits.
