The floor was also a challenge being uneven which Craig did very well addressing it. He used various techniques to level the floor and place the new tile. Very easy to work with and he had good solutions to the problems he faced. He always checked with us to be sure his actions met our expectations."

Most of them and his subs were well qualified, but a few needed greater supervision. The project took longer to complete than contracted for, but was not significantly delayed, especially considering that it was undertaken during the height of the pandemic. The design was well thought out, and most of the work well executed, though some of it needed returns and fixing (which Greg did).
