For over 20 years I have been a self taught techie that has been fixing the computers of my friends and family as well as those through word of mouth. I have a 100% customer satisfaction driven method where I take the time to help the customer understand exactly what is happening and what steps they can take to prevent the issue from arising again. Depending on the issue I will either come to your house and work on the computer there or I can pick-up the computer and schedule a drop off time when the work is completed. Most issue can be resolved within a few hours, however those that require hardware replacement will take longer. I also offer remote assistance so if you don’t reside close-by it’s another option we can utilize. As long as you can log into your Operating System ( Windows, Mac) and have an internet connection. If you’re unable to do either of those I can attempt to walk you through troubleshooting steps.
