My house was hit by lightening. Computer would not turn on. Cable modem was "fired", per cable company. They picked up the computer, and returned the next morning with a new computer, with all my data and settings. Got me back to work in less then 24hrs.

It went great. I told them what I wanted in a laptop and they successfully found what I wanted. I have had this laptop now for about a year and love it. They also transferred my old files to the new machine.

Excellent work, very quick turn around. The lid and trackpad appear to be working flawlessly. Price was as quoted and was much better than quoted by two other places!
they went the extra mile and installed some free apple software I was not aware I was entitled to, in addition to the repair job; I would definitely recommend them!
