Superlatives in every regard. They arrived a few minutes early for their scheduled appointment. They took their shoes off when entering my house... I have never seen that happen before. The work was meticulous and professional and included labelling every screen as the screens came off. The price was quite reasonable.

Only issue was that owner called and said he'd get us on the books for early the next week, but that he'd call to schedule a time once he knew what his calendar was like. We came home a few days later, to find a guy on our roof, cleaning our gutters. He was nearly finished. We apologized that we weren't home, as we didn't know when they were planning on showing up. He said that was not the first time that'd happen. They did a great job and we'll schedule with them again next year, but just clarify with them about the date/time. Prices were very reasonable.

The time between my initial call and the service being done was about one week. Impressive! When they arrived it was down to work. Within hours the job was complete and I am so pleased! The gutters are clean (a job I couldn't do). The house is free of the spider webs and the windows shine! I would recommend this company.

I will try to give the most objective account of Paul Saindon's WE DO WINDOWS AND MORE LLC. When I contacted Paul, he was very responsive to my needs, and had a crew to my residence within a short period of time. Prior to their arrival, Paul sent a worker to my home to estimate what they would need to do the job...I assumed the crew would be very efficient and effective-- =( When Paul's crew arrived in the morning the entire crew was very polite and friendly. The crew went to work as soon as they arrived at our home and worked on the house for over five hours (?) and I was billed per-person, per hour and was charged: $765.15. I felt the cost was a bit much considering my house has been power washed each year. My house is only a small garrison with a small two car garage. The other power-wash companies that I use before did the entire job with two people in two hours and charged me only $300.-- When the crew started the job I was a bit surprised that they were using a very small, low-end power-wash compressor. The compressor appeared pretty beaten up and didn't seem to have sufficient power to reach the second story of our house. So the crew had to use a ladder to climb up high enough so that the water spray could reach the upper floor. In addition, it didn't appear that the "green" detergent that I was paying extra for was doing such a good job (although I was promised otherwise) in removing the lite dirt film on the house. As you can imagine, the crew were continually climbing up and down the ladder and changing between "green" and regular detergent which took a longer then usual time. While both crew workers were busy, the other crew person ( who was always polite and nice) had only one job ..window washer! While waiting for its turn to work... this crew member stood in my yard smoking cigarettes..one, after another, after another--all the while Paul's company was billing me for her presence.... smoking cigarettes. My wife and I, could smell the cigarette smoke in our home and it was a bit-sicking. I was hoping the smoking would stop and causally mentioned it (hint..hint..hint)...but the smoking just kept on. It was bad enough that there was an active smoker in our yard, but couldn't this person pick up their own butts? When it finally came time for the smoker to work, the smoker only washed the windows that she could reach ...and left the portion of the higher part of the windows which she couldn't reach unwashed. Then, the smoker (who reeked from cigarette smoke) said she was done washing the outside windows and asked to come inside our smoke-free house to finish the inside--I backed away and said she didn't have to come in and told her the inside windows were fine. Then the crew moved to our front porch..where they started to power sprayed the deck. They were not careful and their power spray over-shot of the deck and killed all of our beautiful Tiger Lillies that were growing beside the deck....Funny thing..the crew never seemed to notice nor care... that said lilies were being smashed down by the power spray. After the job was completed, and the crew was gone, my wife and I were moving the furniture back onto the deck when we noticed how much the guy missed on our porch deck. There were still a lot of green-mold still on our deck. My wife and I, were very disappointed in the way the crew did not take their time to be through. After the job was completed I was told by the crew that Paul Saindon was returning back to see how satisfied we were with the job--to present, we are still waiting... Paul hasn't showed up nor has he called. Now, moving on to the small two garage, I noticed the following...four of the six outside flood lights on the garage were destroyed when the "crew" (carelessly) directly sprayed said lights and they exploded. I am very disappointed that the "crew" who cause the damage wasn't mature enough to come forward and be responsible for the damage that I discovered the day after. A week after the crew left it rained and I noticed that the rain water wasn't flowing down the rain gutters...our son climbed up a ladder to discover that the workers only cleaned the leaves in the gutter but did NOT remove any of the yecky muddy sediment laying at the bottom on the gutters--that I was paying them to do. The rain just moved the mud to the down spout and clogged the drain hole...so we had to pay our son to re-clean the gutters. Okay, that was my objective take on the quality of work that Paul Swindon's WE DO WINDOWS AND MORE LLC company did for us. In conclusion...we are a retired couple on a fixed income and take great pride in our home's appearance and were very disappointed in the services provided.

Team Leader Scott was nice enough to remove our window air conditioners and store them.  Entire team was pleasant, efficient and hard working.  Very conscientious.   We were very please with their work.

First let me start out with I am a very picky person when having work done by contractors - if they got an "A" from me you know they earned it...  These guys (and ladies) were great!  We have a small cottage with 10 windows of varying size and 3 sky lights  which get quite dirty with the storms that come off the marsh and ocean.  Initially I contracted just to do the windows but when they got here they said I was their last job of the day and they had time to do the skylights if I wanted.  So I did as I really forgot to include them when getting a quote.  Quote was right on by the way.  The crew arrived as planned and got right to work.  There were four of them and it took them probably about an hour and a half from the time they pulled in till the time they left.  I opted to take out the grills and screens as there is a savings for that.  A couple windows had oxidation on them and they noted that and used special cleaner on them, no extra charge as there was only two that way.  Windows and screens came out GREAT!!!  NO STREAKS!  They had this clear water system they rinsed the windows with and sure enough when they dried there were no streaks!  (truth be known I had my doubts...).  But they said if we did see streaks after it dried to call them and they would stop back and redo any of the windows that had issues - they knew I was VERY picky about this...  The crew was VERY friendly and professional and while they worked hard and were clearly on a mission - every one of them took time to say hello to our dog, who was a little off with all these strangers coming in and out of the house and to chat with me for a bit.  I will surely have them back next spring!!!!

Tremendous service in every way.  Prompt, professional, efficient, friendly.  We were amazed how clear our windows came out - it actually made the house seem brighter.  An unexpected surprise: They did such a good job cleaning the screens, even the windows with screens seemed noticeably lighter.

They did almost the entire job in one day. Two storms got cracked in the process, which they replaced at their cost. The windows were really clean -- no streaking, clean in the corners and along the edges -- a really nice job! The entire crew was pleasant to have around, and they worked hard all day.

We had a hard time finding someone to clean our gutters.  We have some that are two stories up, and to my surprise, not everyone who cleans gutters will clean them!!  Also, I found it difficult to get people to call me back, or even to come and give estimates. By the time I contacted We Do Windows, it was very late in the season.  Nonetheless, John got back to me right away.  He said that he would try to fit us in before the end of the season, a few weeks out.  Sadly, the ice came early. John emailed me to let me know he couldn't fit me in this season, and was I still interested in next spring.  I was so pleased he kept me informed and said yes.  Then we had a thaw in December and John called me -- could they come now?  Yes, please!
They have a very cool way to to clean the gutters up high -- a neat vacuum machine that sucks stuff out.  Then they come back with a camera on a poll to make sure they got it all.  Very neat!
So, the story is I tried to get "gutter cleaners" to clean my gutters, and they wouldn't or couldn't.  But John was very responsive and easy to work with and did a great job at a fair price.  He also told me that we didn't need to have our gutters cleaned every year, and I love that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.  
I'll be calling him again!

As a electrical contractor with some 30+ years in the business, I'm able to recognize quality work and customer service when I see it.. John and his crew not only did the agreed to tasks but went above and beyond doing more than expected.. John felt the additional (and unexpected) effort was necessary to to accomplish the job in a way that he was satisfied.. A rare treat.!.

It exceeded my expectations. We have a large house----over 100 windows and 80 screens .The living room cathedral window is 28 ft. high and the house is 3 stories. The company is well managed, has a competent and polite staff and is very hard working. They use new technology -----very clean water that does not leave residue on the windows. We have had our windows cleaned by four other companies in the past 10 years and We Do Windows is far superior. We are very pleased with the results and will use their services in the future.

John, the owner, was very responsive to us when we called.  Our house had quite a bit of mildew buildup on it and although we had tried to do it ourselves, we couldn't do a thorough enough job.  John's men came right on time and stayed until the house was sparkling clean.  It ended up costing a little more than the original estimate, mainly because we had SO much mildew!  They had to go over the house 3 (yes, THREE) times.  We added the deck in at the last minute so that increased the price, as expected.  We have NO complaints and would definitely use them again.  Next time we won't wait so long!

We have used them three times and have been happy with their work.  Prices are very reasonable.

We asked We Do Windows for a bid after another company gave us a price of $400.  We had washed the interior sides of the windows ourselves but needed the exterior done for us since a ladder was required for at least 19 of them.
Not only did the company give us a reasonable quote, but they did an excellent job.  We plan to use them next year!
