"The windows &storm windows on our historic house presented some problems, but Duane & Brittany were extremely patient and helpful. They worked with us on a plan of attack and adjusted their usual routine to fit our special needs. The whole process went very smoothly. I would say the crew was very concerned to make us happy & the results are excellent ! I might add that Duane was mindful to keep the cost within reason and made some very kind adjustments to the standard rate. I’m very pleased and recommend them highly ! "Bill was excellent! He always replied to my calls or emails. We set up an appointment and he was there when promised. He, along with another carpenter, Bob, did an outstanding job. They were well organized, showing me what they were doing all along the way, and finished in a timely manner. Bill even charged me less than the original quote (almost half). It is difficult to find contractors that are responsible, honest and that do quality work. I HIGHLY recommend QHI for any services you may need around your home."

"Got off to a slow start from the time we got ok'd for the financing, but once I called to ask when they plan on starting the project they couldn't have been more apologetic. Within a day or two the project manager came out to assess what was actually needed and the work began a couple days later. I'm so grateful to not have a leaking roof anymore. The customer service and communication with this company is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I did have to call about the debris and some supplies that were left and they sent someone out that same day to clean up. To me that's outstanding customer service!"
