We have a solid crew of 5 but have multiple people that will sub in depending on job. The usual procedure after receiving your first call is to come out & give a bid on the job. Upon agreeing on the price, we will immediately (within that day or the next) start the job. We are a fully insured and licensed company that gets the job done quickly & efficiently. Yes, masonry is more expensive than concrete because the labor is much more involved. However, building a fireproof home with concrete can better protect the structure against total destruction.

A concrete patio lasts an average of 30 years, but the length of life you’ll get from yours depends largely on the climate. In harsh conditions, including excessive rainfall and snowfall, a concrete patio may only last for 15 years. In a moderate climate and with non-expansive, supportive soil below, a concrete patio could last for up to 50 years.

Newly poured concrete is prone to small, fine cracks within the first 30 days of installation, but most noticeable cracks will disappear within that time frame. If a crack is greater than 1 inch, consider contacting the person who installed your wall to inspect the job.
