"Prompt response… very professional! I have been without a sink for two weeks, called a few companies and no follow up.. "Project took only a small bit longer than projected but much of that was due to slow delivery of certain supplies due to the pandemic. We were very pleased with the timing. I do encourage all project managers to over-communicate with the home-owners. Our only frustration was not being fully included in daily schedules. "Very well. It is an old house with no straight walls. Craig worked diligently to make sure the bath walls we purchased fit and were plumb. The floor was also a challenge being uneven which Craig did very well addressing it. He used various techniques to level the floor and place the new tile. Very easy to work with and he had good solutions to the problems he faced. He always checked with us to be sure his actions met our expectations."
