"Everything initially went well with Shawn Thyng Paving. They provided a competitive estimate and completed the driveway in a timely matter on August 1, 2025. The problem was that after the job was completed I noticed a low spot in front of my side garage door entrance (see photo). I emailed a photo to Mr. Thyng and requested his company to repair the low spot. Mr. Thyng initially indicated that he would take care of the low spot. After I followed-up with Mr. Thyng about repairing the low spot, he ghosted me and would not respond to my several follow-up email requests. As of today (September 18, 2025) Shawn Thyng Paving has not repaired the low spot no responded to my emails."
