"Rick finished our unfinished basement by putting up walls, redoing the stairs, putting up a ceiling, adding barn doors, and installing lights and outlets. This was such an important project for my family to give us much-needed space to spend time together and Rick did an amazing job! Decks that are very dirty or haven't been cleaned in years may require more time and special detergents, which will increase the price. The deck's material also plays a role. Wood decks often cost more to clean because they require a gentle power washing technique to avoid damage.
