Tropical Handyman painted a couple interior rooms. Chris was very personal and professional. I would absolutely hire him again. He was very knowledgeable about home repairs.

I bought a home that was built in the 1940s and Chris was able to come in and restore the home despite many obstacles. He had the knowledge to deal with an historic restoration. He is so professional and his work is fantastic. I would recommend him for anything big or small that you need done around your home.

I had two companies came and provided me with two different opinions about the leak in my home. Each company overcharged me for the services provided and did not fix the issue. Chris and his wife came to my home yesterday. He thoroughly investigated the problem and was able to get to the bottom of it very quickly. He fixed the problem that could have cost me around $1K, as estimated by the other companies. He is a very professional and honest. He and his wife share their knowledge with clients to learn more about their issues. I give this company more than 5 stars. Very professional and honest. It is extremely hard to find these qualities these days.

I hired Chris for the many small projects around my home that I could not tackle myself. He was efficient, competent, and courteous and possesses a strong work ethic. I was impressed, and I felt his charges were extremely fair. In the course of our conversation, I discovered he is also a general contractor. I hired him to replace my roof, which has been an eyesore since I moved in fourteen years ago. He stayed in touch with me and stayed with me during the day of the roof installation. It was accomplished in one day, as he said it would be. I love my new roof, and I will most certainly hire Chris again in the near future.

Chris returned right on time as he said he would to fix the soffits which had become opened. After fixing the sofits and while on the roof he also caulked my vent pipes and took out a piece of shingle which was blocking the hole leading to the down spout. He removed the piece of shingle and cleaned one of the other gutters. Great job and plan to hire him next year to power wash our home. He went well beyond the call of duty and any place he could find to fix he did it. Much appreciated.

Worked with Chis who was very pleasant and did a professional job. Will hire him in the next few years to come back and power wash our home each year. We have a lake house and it was very dirty and full of mold and mildew. He power washed the exterior of our home as well as tool shed and deck plus railing around deck. This is the third time we have used Chris for varied projects in our home from hanging pendant kitchen lights, building a closet and the latest project was the removal of a very large corner tub, redo the tile floor and restore and paint the walls. Not only does Chris do great work taking great measures to be very neat and clean but he also is spot on with his estimates. Thanks Chris for a job well done!

I asked for gutter cleaning through Handyman Pros and selected Tropical Handyman's Chris Desjardins to do the job. Chris did the most thorough cleaning (and repair) job anyone has ever done on our gutters, and was very accommodating about doing a couple other small jobs during this first visit. I say "first visit" because I am sure we will ask him back in the future. In fact I have already scheduled him for another job next week. He is a most capable, pleasant, and professional individual, and I was also impressed with his versatility. Thank you for having him on your team.

I was told by another Handyman services that my sliding glass door could not be fix and must be replaced. Tropical Handyman Company came out and show me the problem and was able to correct the problem without replacing the door.
