I could not be happier with Jake and Lance. The installation was scheduled to take place over 2 days. They were on time, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I interviewed 4 different companies to install our heat pumps. I liked that all Jake did was ductless heat pumps, he specializes them so I felt 100% comfortable that he knew is business. I would highly recommend Allegiance Heat Pumps to anyone looking to install these in their home. Kudos Jake and Lance!

Super easy to work with! Jake listened to what we wanted and worked up a solution and fair quote in a short amount of time. We agreed on going forward with the proposal and they added us to their schedule. They communicated well and showed up on time!!! They performed the work in the time frame quoted, and left the job site immaculate. Jake also took the time to teach me how to use the system. 100% would recommend Jake and Allegiance Heat Pumps to anyone!
