The waste water shorted out our water tank so we had no water, no septic and no plumber that would go down there to fix it. Pure Cleaning Solutions came the next Monday and spent the entire day disinfecting the area. Changed to the next day. Then got another call late afternoon that they had to reschedule again after I took another day off. I said no. You need to honor your commitment. They said they would be there after 5 on that day. Fine. Got a call at 6pm from tech trying to find my address. Not even sure where he was. Tried calling the tech back 45 min later and he wouldnâ t answer. Needless to say I lost 2 vacation days and no response from this company. They never even reached out to reschedule. DO NOT HIRE THEM."
