Drain Flow Heating & Drain Cleaning

Came out to clear a blocked sewer main - snaked it for $395. Within 1 day it is backed up again. Tony said his "buddy" Hercules C&G Drain would come out for a more permanent fix. Came once with an eye popping quote. I asked Tony to come back as his work clearly was not effective the first time around. He gave many excuses, beyond that was defensive and verbally aggressive, and ultimately is not coming back to do the job he was hired and payed to do. Excellent at making excuses. Terrible at clearing drains. DO NOT USE.

When your kitchen sink is clogged, it's a bigger inconvenience than you realize. That's why I was thrilled with the owner's responsiveness. Very knowledgeable, he identified the cause of the clog, showed me exactly what had happened to the old disposal, and then replaced it (also putting in place a better drainage setup and more accessible trap than before). I'd hire Drain Flow again in a heartbeat.

They were nice young men. They did good the first time but when I call them the second time, they never called me back.

Tony did work for me in the past. He was prompt. The last work he did was half complete. He complained that he needed to do extra work to put in a sump pump. Now the sump pump did not work. It is leaking everywhere. I had water in my basement this weekend from the snow melt and this is the beginning. I called him from Saturday till Tuesday no return call. I texted him no return text. Finally I called him from my work phone and he answered to phone the first ring. When I told him who was calling he immediately said "I am busy" and hung up the phone. He did not say I will call you in a few minutes, or later. He simply hung up the phone. I have not been rude with my texts or phone call, simply told him the problem and asked him to call me for a fix. Rude, I was one of his early customer. I will ask for restitution.

Tony called back on the phone within 30 minutes. He gave me several options on when he could arrive depending on my schedule. He showed up exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. He completed the work in about an hour. He was friendly, professional, and left no mess. Total time from initial call to complete resolution of the problem was three and a half hours. Very reasonably price. He bailed me out big time.

It went very well. I am so thankful. There was a little booklet mailed to us, I called one of the people quotes me $2000, so I called Angie's List and got a list, and they gave me a price of $550, so I hired Drain Flow. They were very polite.

We called Tony Monday morning & he said he'd be right over. Amazing response! Texted him the address & he arrived on time with his associate Ralph. They worked solidly for a couple of hours both outdoors in the cold & in the horrible muck they had to deal with in the basement. And they got the sewer cleared! Excellent work! He also linked us up with a cleaning/restoration service to help with the cleanup. Will definitely call on him again & recommend him for any plumbing work.

Tony had given me a window of time to expect him ( he arrived with another plumber and a helper), texted me in the morning to update me as to when he would be there.. As always, he texted me when he was on his way and when he arrived. He came at the beginning of the 2-hr. window that he had given me, completed the job more quickly than I even anticipated and checked thoroughly to ensure that the problem was resolved. He and his crew were very pleasant to work with, respectful, and efficient. I have used Tony many times and am exceptionally satisfied with his responsiveness, the quality of work, and the fair price. I am thrilled to have found him and know that I can depend on him, which is very important to me as an owner of a 2-family home.

All went well. TJ cam within an hour of my call. He was able to turn the shower off, and then he took apart the valve. He said it was just missing a screw and that's why it wasn't turning off properly. He left saying he'd call later. He had to get the part, so he texted early the next morning saying he was stopping by. It took him about 15 minutes to complete the repair. Excellent work!

Tony got the drain working good as new.  Tree roots were cut out all the way from the house to the street and they cleaned up the area nicely afterwards.  Tony was very responsive and came out a few short hours after I called.  If you have a drain problem you need cleaned up quick, I would definitely recommend him to get the job done.

They were very prompt, professional, and EXTREMELY up front about the service. They worked very quickly and came to our home the same day on the weekend. Their price was very reasonable for a weekend emergency.

Anthony and Drain Flow are truly exceptional. After a local plumber wasn't able to fix my clogged utility sink drain, I called Drain Flow and Anthony came over right away - even though it was an hour away for him and his crew.
He immediately diagnosed the problem and set to work clearing out the roots that were blocking the pipe. His quote was accurate, his prices were better than local competitors, he gave me advice on how to handle the problem in the future, and once the job was completed he left the place spotless.

Tony's assistant arrived quickly and was very courteous and professional.  It took almost 2-1/2 hours to complete the work, but Tony only charged us his original price quote.  We would definitely use him again.

Working with Anthony was a pleasure.  From my initial contact through the text exchange to arrange a time to the actual service.  He arrived promptly and very quickly fixed the two clogged drains.  He also then checked a number of other drains and the garbage disposal. His price was even a bit lower than his original quote.  I highly recommend Drain Flow, and will certainly use them again.

Great experience.  Called Drain Flow one morning due to leaking toilet, they were able to come out later that morning.  They fixed the problem promptly, were very professional.  We would certainly use them again.

I contacted Anthony on a Wednesday afternoon, hoping he would be able to come to our house by the end of the week. He suggested that he might have time first thing on Thursday (the next day), and it was easy to set the appointment up via text message. Thursday morning he sent us another text message to let us know that Abe was on his way, right on time. Abe quickly cleared the drain and was able to repair our sink's trap (the cleanout plug had broken when I tried to take it out myself). He offered to come back and replace the trap if we have any trouble with it, but tested it out and said that it should be fine. Shortly after the work was done, Anthony sent us another text message to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.
Another plumber had given us a much, much higher estimate for the same work. That plumber's rate for the drain cleaning was significantly higher, and he suggested that the trap could not be repaired and would need to be replaced, at a cost of over $300. Abe fixed the trap at no additional charge. Drain Flow performed the service very quickly and charged us hundreds of dollars less than their competitor. We won't hesitate to call them back the next time our plumbing needs to be serviced.

I called on a Sunday at 10:30 am with a clogged toilet.  Anthony said that he could be at my home within the hour.  He showed up exactly on time.  It took Anthony about five minutes the toilet was unclogged!  He was very professional, punctual, neat, clean,and respectful of my home.  Also, he was very careful not to scratch my toilet.  His price was very reasonable.  Anthony even offered suggestions in order to avoid this problem in the future. Unlike any other plumber I've had in the past, he thoroughly washed his hands after working on the toilet.   Since I am a stickler on cleanliness, this saved me the extra step of cleaning the door knobs that he used on the way out.   Anthony was great and I would POSITIVELY use him again....and you should too!

We had a problem with the main pipe that leads away from the house into the sewer. As it turned out  we had original ceramic pipe placed in the ground when the house was build in 1920. Part of the basement wall was wet for several days before we noticed it. I called Tony to assess the problem and he was available within an hour! After initial look he used his video equipment and fed the tiny camera into the pipe to look at it from the inside. He pointed out every crack in the pipe he saw  and explained it to me. As it turned out part of pipe bottom cracked and fell away quite close to the house. He recorded his "trip" into the pipe on a DVD disc and explained my options for fixing the problem. He recommended another provider that could use the video he made to fix the pipe by filling it from the inside with polymeric material to seal it. Thanks to his referral (he called immediately) another team was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. We avoided very expensive excavation of the front lawn.
