"Provider first promised a date in early September, so we removed everything in the area in preparation. Provider did not show up and did not contact me. I tried to reach them for about a week. Finally they gave us a another date several weeks later. No one arrived that day. The next day a painter came mid-day and stayed less than two hours; one of the men spent most of his time holding the ladder for the second man. They were not from Marshall Home Pros but were subcontractors brought in because Marshall was too busy. They appeared to be guest workers.
