"Simon James is the owner of Happy Painting. Simon completed 3 projects for our group in 2020. Two of the projects were interior projects and the other project was a very large 3 story deck. Simon's performance on all of these projects was excellent. As a group - we could not have been any happier with Simon's work. On a scale of 1 to 10 - ( I would rate all of Simon's work as a 10 ). All of Simon's work was finished - ( On time and On budget ). Simon was also extremely pleasant to deal with on all projects.
