"I could not have been more pleased with Payne Electrical! From the scheduling to the installation, everyone I worked with was incredibly professional and made the whole process easy. I had two ceiling fans and a light fixture installed. The two electricians that came to my house were prompt and incredibly courteous, and very thorough in their work. They were also super kind about my small dog that wanted to keep barking at them... I would highly suggest this company to anyone in the metro Boston area, and will definitely be calling them for any future electrical needs!"

"Gage and his crew were there within a week of our inquiry and did a huge section of roof in one day despite the 2 feet of snow on the old section! Very communicative and did a lovely job."

"LeakMasters was one of three bids we received. Jerry was responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He got on the roof, his measurements and estimates were spot on, he provided us with options for shingles, ventilation, and warranties. He always answered our questions thoroughly and followed up diligently. Once we agreed to the terms, we went forward very quickly. Jerry's large and experienced crew arrived early on a Saturday and the new roof was installed and the property thoroughly cleaned by 2:30pm. Amazing! And the roof is wonderful. We'd hire Jerry again and recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof."

"I originally hired Bellevue Builders to do some random handyman work. A bit of demo, some cleanup, fix a few doors. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and I ended up hiring them to put up a new shingle roof. They did such a great job. I felt really taken care of the whole time. Very professional and experienced. The price was also lower than all the other estimates I had received. Can’t go wrong with this company."

"Both Bill and Bob did an excellent job on the work they performed in my house. They were both friendly, professional and very easy to work with. From the start it was apparent that my satisfaction with their work was a priority to them. They covered all of my belongings thoroughly while they sanded and painted, and left all of the areas they worked in clean. The estimate, scheduling and completion all went well and as planned. They arrived when they promised, delivered what they promised and even finished ahead of their estimated schedule. Communication with Bill was excellent throughout the 6 weeks of the project: he is very responsive and prompt, which I really appreciated since I was out of state while most of the work was performed. I am very happy with Quality Home Improvement, and will use their services again. I would also recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, Bill and Bob!"

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

In most cases, you should not put a TV on a fireplace mantel. The minimum width required to put a TV safely on a shelf or mantel is 10 inches, but pre-made mantels are usually too shallow, averaging at only seven inches deep. If you do choose to place a TV above a mantel, it should be mounted to the wall. However, do so cautiously as heat radiating from the fireplace could potentially cause damage to electronics.

The VESA mounting standard refers to the layout of the mounting holes on the back of all televisions that follow the standard. These holes appear in the same place on all TVs of a certain size. This allows the mounting bracket and hardware manufacturers to build the brackets to fit the VESA standard. Ideally, if everyone follows the VESA standard, any brand of TV should fit any brand of mounting bracket, as long as the sizes match up correctly.

Yes, many professionals offer wall mounting and securing options for media consoles with attached TVs.

Professionals mount TVs using specialized tools and knowledge of different wall materials, ensuring safe support.

Coax cable connects to your television, modem, or cable box. Look for a female coax connection on these devices. Your coax cable will connect to any of these. The other end of the wire runs to the service connection coming into the house.
