Great service!

Michael is a very professional, personable, and efficient electrician who provided excellent customer service. He not only gave us a realistic estimate for our projects but arrived on time, answered any questions we had as the job progressed, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I hope to hire Michael for future projects in our home. A +++ service all the way !!

Mike was great! He was quick to respond and had experience installing EV charging stations. We set up an appointment for him to come and do the work and he arrived at exactly the scheduled time (7:30 AM!). Once at the house he set about doing the work and in a short time he was done and ready for us to try the new charger. The quality of the work was superb and he could not have been more pleasant! And best of all his rates were more than reasonable. Mike is now our official, go to electrician!

On time, very thorough, great to work with.

Mike was great from the beginning. It took me months to find a contractor that kept to their word on getting me quotes and keeping to the work spec. We had a sub panel added to our garage as well as some lights and a 3 way switch from the house setup through them. Everything was laid out well, done with pride in their work and with no fuss about additions added by the electrical inspector for code. Everything was handled and I didn't need to ask twice for anything. Mike presented options of how it would be setup and we chose the best path forward. Communication was A+ and I never had to chase him for anything. The work was neat and done very professionally and I couldn't be happier. Electrical inspector also had no issues with their work and signed off immediately. I will be using them in the future for other projects I have coming and I'm recommending them to my mom for work she needs done as well. 100% pleased with everything from first contact to job wrap up.

I could not have been more pleased with Payne Electrical! From the scheduling to the installation, everyone I worked with was incredibly professional and made the whole process easy. I had two ceiling fans and a light fixture installed. The two electricians that came to my house were prompt and incredibly courteous, and very thorough in their work. They were also super kind about my small dog that wanted to keep barking at them... I would highly suggest this company to anyone in the metro Boston area, and will definitely be calling them for any future electrical needs!

Mike was super responsive and very helpful when picking out a new thermostat for our heated floor. The two electricians that came to the house to install the thermostat and a new chandelier were prompt, courteous, and great to work with. We will definitely be recommending Payne Electric to others and look forward to working with them again.
