"I was waiting for a utility pole and service to be installed. Roy will put in a temp service when CMP completes the job. Roy hasn't done the work yet but he came out to the jobsite when I called him. He also maintains my dad’s HVAC needs too. He has come out for emergency calls too. Suggest things to prevent future additional repair expenses.
