"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. He was very collaborative and his communication throughout the project was excellent. It is clear that he wants his customers to be happy at the end of the day. Our HOA also hired Kevin to replace fencing for a 14 unit association and build a new enclosure for a dumpster. For the first time our house developed a roof leak and water was pooling on the master bathroom ceiling and running down the wall behind a heavily tiled wall. We had not worked with Dave previously, but he came out right away, quoted the job, checked that the leak had stopped, then showed up the next day with a roofer and made the necessary repairs. Polite crew, cleaned up afterward and the repair looks better than the original - and no more leak. The price was well within estimates.
