They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Robert came out and was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained the mold was small and not an issue. He discovered what we thought to be chipmunks that nested in our attic. He explained it was not harmful, but if it was his home, he would remove insulation and clean thoroughly. That's what we did. We scheduled a date for his team to come back, and they were very thorough! They worked all day up there which was a warm day and cleaned every corner. I did not see any droppings whatsoever. Professional, hardworking, intelligent folks. Could not be more pleased with their work!"
