At E&S Seamless Gutters, LLC we pride ourselves on quality and expertise. We offer high performing seamless rain gutters to help effectively protect your home from water damage. We stand behind our work and guarantee our gutter systems to perform and to last. Our seamless gutters are created on site with a machine that produces a gutter with no seams and are custom designed to the exact measurements for your home and installed in a continuous run. Fewer joints means fewer areas for debris to collect and leaks to form. Owner has 15+ years of experience in the industry, company is owner-operated and owner is at every job to ensure a quality product. Gutter systems are commonly made with steel, vinyl, or aluminum. We use only the highest quality aluminum because it is the strongest and lasts longer, if maintained properly aluminum may never need replacement. Being from New England we have experience with the harsh weather conditions we can face in the state of Maine, each system is designed with these weather conditions in mind using only the strongest highest quality materials. We also offer copper gutters that offer a more decorative look. Copper gutters do not easily rust, crack, or wear. We have installed many copper gutters and received high customer satisfaction with our work. We can also add leaf protection to our gutter systems that not only keeps your gutters clean from leaf and debris but can also withstand snow and ice and strengthen the overall gutter system. We offer a 5% Senior Discount as well as a 5% Veterans Discount.

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

For homeowners who do not opt for gutter guards, the most common alternative is annual or biannual gutter cleaning. There are other products on the market designed to cut down on gutter cleanings, such as whole gutter systems like LeafGuard (which offers both gutter and guard in a single product) and guards and inserts designed to protect your downspouts.

Yes, it’s possible to replace only one section of a gutter, and it’s a common repair. Often, a tree limb will damage a gutter on one side of the house, or constant weather will cause early corrosion. Gutters are often joined together with couplings that are easy to remove and swap out. For this reason, some homeowners will purchase extra gutters when they install them to have spare sections to use for replacement later.

Gutters should not drip at the seams. This problem could indicate that water is collecting in the gutters instead of moving to the downspouts. You could have leaves or other debris blocking the flow of water at the seams. Try cleaning the gutters, adjusting the slope, and sealing any holes or cracks in the material to fix this problem.

Frequently, when water flows over gutters, it indicates a potential clog, necessitating cleaning. For instance, if a twig becomes lodged in the downspout, it can lead to a traffic jam, causing more leaves and sticks to accumulate. Another potential issue is an incorrect pitch, as gutters should channel water toward the downspout. If you observe water overflowing the end cap or leaking through it, it suggests that your gutters are improperly tilted.

Sagging gutters stress your downspout, so have your gutters fixed before you secure your downspout.
