My best friend/business partner & I are 2 middle-aged ladies from London/Chicago, who moved our entire lives to a shared property here in Maine, in autumn, & the 200yo buildings we live & work in, while beautifully restored, still need a LOT of upkeep esp. with our first Maine winter coming. We had literally a 3-page single-spaced list of projects. Ross was clear & quick to respond, very flexible to work around our schedules.
