Our 5 person crew is reliable and trustworthy, and customers feel at ease when we work alone in their homes. "It started badly when the salesman showed up to look at my roof. The sales pressure was high and before I knew it (and despite a couple of protests) I soon found myself with an 11K+ loan... Once I thought about it I called the salesman and asked to stop the charge (I was told I had 72 hours to cancel). I was going to try to get some money together to lower the amount charged. Despite this, the full charge went onto the loan. I couldn't reach the sales guy and had to totally cancel the entire project to even hear back from them. I canceled the project and was supposed to receive the credit back within 7 to 10 days. It is now a month later and after close to 30 phone calls and a lot of "issues" on their end I finally got my money credited back, and the bank was "kind" enough to waive the finance charges that had already accrued... This has been one giant hassle and I will never do any kind of business with Home Depot again!"
