"Installation of the sprinkler system went well, but I purchased the gold package that comes with 20 semi-annual checkups, and they stopped proactively scheduling those checks after a few years. I have to repeatedly email and call (they don't answer the phone) to get them to come out. going on two years without a winterization. Not sure what they are like in Texas but their customer service in Virginia is abysmal."
